Maison Djeribi

Maison Djeribi is run by M-A Djeribi, a French chef, Homeopath and farmer. Based on a 4.8-acre hilly plot outside of Cloone, Maison Djeribi specialises in producing hand-made artisan foods using home-grown or organic ingredients (fair-trade when applicable).

Based on her small farm outside of Cloone, the Maison Djeribi bakery and opinionated kitchen is run by M-A Djeribi, an enthusiastic chef of French-Berber descent, who grew up in Paris. Maison Djeribi specialises in handmade artisan foods using her home-grown produce and carefully sourced organic and fair-trade ingredients.

Maison Djeribi offers a selection of sourdough breads, hand-kneaded slow-fermented and baked in a wood-fired oven, alongside a variety of preserves, biscotti and other French pâtisserie treats. Condiments and fermented foods are also a specialty: raw cultured organic vegetables such as sauerkrauts, kimchi, kvass and her much sought-after fermented harissa. You can also purchase hot drinks.
