Carraig Rua Bakery uses only the best ingredients to create perfect artisan bakes. We produce certified organic breads from traditional recipes, organic brioche burger buns and lots more. We only use organic flour, free range eggs and real butter in our bakes. We are a small team, traditionally trained who believe that with the right ingredients and skills, we can make bread as it should be – the perfect balance in taste, aroma and texture. Our products can be found in the Honestly Farm Kitchens restaurants and farm shops in Carrick on Shannon and Strandhill, and other local businesses.
