With 35 years experience, David prides himself on producing top-quality home-produced beef and lamb. A wide range of other products are also available from Irish Pork and Chicken to popular BBQ products in summer and to bronze Turkeys at Christmas.
All our beef and lamb are home produced. We use Angus and Herford breeds of animals which are matured for 21 days and are fully traceable from farm to fork. Pork, Bacon and Chicken are 100% Irish. We also stock an extensive range of fresh fish from Killybegs every Friday. A large selection of homemade Jams, Sauces and Relishes are also available. Homemade dinners and breads from The Oarsman Restaurant in Carrick on Shannon are available Thursday to Saturday each week. Quality produce, locally sourced at an affordable price is what we have on offer at Cannaboe Market.
