Milkwood Mushrooms is a small, family run business based in Co Leitrim. We grow exotic varieties of mushrooms using natural, sustainable methods that maximise flavour and freshness whilst reducing waste and energy consumption. We supply food services in the Northwest of Ireland and our grow kits are available from our website or re-sold through select retailers countrywide.
Milkwood Mushrooms grow exotic varieties of gourmet mushrooms for supply to restaurants and farmer’s markets. Our mushrooms are grown naturally on agricultural byproducts and waste coffee grounds, thus upcycling existing waste streams that would otherwise end up in landfills.
