My bakery is heavily influenced by Traditional Irish staples merged with North American style recipes and ingredients in tribute to my bakery journey which started in Alberta, Canada also known as; Wild Rose Country 
I brought traditional bakery to the Irish and British community, I am now happily and coincidentally based in the Wild Rose County, Leitrim! orders are placed through social media or telephone for home delivery. Mobile Bakery cart sells Brown, White, Fruit Soda Breads, Guinness & Treacle loaves, Spelt bread, farls and scones, cookies, carrot / lemon & chocolate cakes.
