Sustainability 

• In our café we use Artessa’s compostable coffee cups but we encourage our customers to use reusable cups offering them a lower price.
• Our plastic cups and containers are either made of recycled PET or compostable material.
• Our disposable cutlery is made of wood or compostable material, our straws are made of paper.
• We use washable textile towels in our customer’s toilet to further reduce paper waste. These towels are washed and sanitized by a professional service.
• We use small napkins, reducing the use with offering one per customer.
•  We constantly monitor our energy use and reduces it as much as possible.
• We regularly maintain and clean our equipment so they use less energy.
