About Us

Fynn and Holly farm with their three children Kimball, Noomi and Una on the top of Kilronan Mountain overlooking the Arigna valley and lough Allen.

We moved to Ireland two years ago from inner city Hull, England. We bought a smallholding with 7 acres of marginal land and commonage. Fynn, a mental health nurse and Holly, a Weaver and Author, had no experience of farming other than growing vegetables.

They jumped in at the deep end inheriting a herd of hefted sheep and goats from the previous owners. Two years on Fynn is studying farming with Teagasc, we are now leasing 50 acres which is under Organic conversion with the Organic Trust and Holly is running her own weaving business from the spare bedroom. We are producing grass-fed lamb, beef and goat, our pork is raised outdoors, our milk is unprocessed and our eggs are very free range.

Our main product is a 10kg lamb, beef, goat and pork box which we courier nationwide using biodegradable Woolcool insulated boxes. We also deliver milk and eggs around local villages. We are slowly building a brand and selling directly to the consumer via the internet and from the farm gate – farm to fork. We want people to visit our farm, know their farmer and know where their food comes from.
