Lisa, Gypsy and Rochelle produce delicious fresh artisan hard and soft goat cheese with a fantastic flavour of spreadable taste on bruschetta or crostini bread. Wonderful on salads with sun-dried tomatoes or mixed with salty olives. Lisa also grows a variety of fresh herbs and free-range eggs. Goats cheese is a firm favourite on many restaurant menus used in a variety of ways from Warm Goats Cheese Salad, Goats Cheese Souffle, Cinnamon Cheesecake or perfect on a cheese Platter.
The Farm is open to visitors during the Summer months.
