The Selkie uses locally sourced ingredients, including: Leitrim Hill Goats Cheese, Mullaghmore Farm, P.J. O’Reilly Fishmongers. Vegetables and herbs are grown onsite.

Compostable takeaway containers, menus, bin liners. Left over food is used for compost where possible.
