We are delighted to welcome OstaW8 to Leitrim. You may be familiar with Bríd Torrades who runs Ósta Café and Wine Bar in Sligo town,
Bríd is now opening a new venture in the W8 holiday village in Manorhamilton.
OstaW8 will consist of a restaurant, coffee shop and bakery. Bríd is a trail blazer when it comes to the Irish food scene and is passionate about using local produce whenever possible. She is looking forward to working with Leitrim producers including The Organic Centre in nearby Rossinver.
