About Us

The Shed Distillery slow distills by hand premier grand cru whiskeys, small batch gin, premium vodka and new liqueurs. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is the first ever brand from The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney. It is slow distilled by hand with oriental botanicals and gunpowder tea in a medieval copper pot gin still. From the Curious Mind of PJ Rigney, the method combines vapour distillation of fresh Chinese lemons, Kaffir limes, and Oriental grapefruits, along with the intriguing gunpowder tea, and pot still distillation of the 8 other botanicals. Try it and you will see what everyone is talking about.
